Glacce UX work

When I started at Glacce, there was not set processes or copy on the website for user help. Whether the user needed to exchange a product, needed more information on our products, wanted to understand our shipping policies, or wanted us to work with vendors — there was nothing in place to facilitate those needs.

Over the course of a month, I led a project to develop a FAQ page for the website as well as a returns process for our customers.
