Over four months in 2021, I enrolled in a UX certificate program through Udacity. During that time, I improved skills and learned how to:

• Identify user issues

• Conduct surveys and interviews for user research

• Create detailed research reports for designers

• Ideate and examine design solutions

• Create lo-fi designs and wireframes in Figma

• Conduct usability studies

• Create hi-fi, clickable prototypes in Figma

• Conduct data analysis using various tools for the prototype

• Create style guides, pattern libraries, and more for engineering to develop prototypes
